Fluvian Terrace occupies the upper part of the two residences' Fluvian mansion. Once up the stairs, the guests will find themselves in an Italian design open plan area with a living room, a kitchen, and a dining space. On the outside, the large balcony door leads to a wooden deck with comfortable sunbed beanbags, deckchairs, a large umbrella, a dining table, and a panoramic view to Rhodes's Old Town. The nearby bedroom also provides access to the deck and the terrace.

All the rooms in Fluvian Terrace are air conditioned and equipped with anything you might need for your vacation: 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, double beds or twin ones, orthopedic king and queen size mattresses, 2 kinds of pillows and all-season duvets, fully equipped kitchen, 3 55" TVs, a storage and laundry room with a washing machine and extra appliances. The soundproofing, thermal insulation and lighting design create a relaxing ambience, as well as the carefully chosen artworks.
